It is already version 15.14. Besides it has gone back to asking me to actuate the plan (excel and word) every fourth dimension i open up them and they keep crashing even earlier I have time to get through the activation process.

You lot should attempt following -

A. I am assuming that your Bone is upward-to-appointment. If non, make your OS also up-to-date. The latest Os version is x.13.3. This is reported to solve the issue.

If your upshot solved, no need to read further downward.

B. Try to update your Part again so that if any patch is released by Microsoft that would flow in. Sometimes you have to try many times before an update is recognized past your Part.

You should try following -
A. I am assuming that your OS is upwards-to-date. If not, make your Os also upward-to-appointment. The latest Bone version is 10.13.3. This is reported to solve the upshot.

If your issue solved, no need to read further down.

B. Try to update your Part once more and then that if any patch is released by Microsoft that would flow in. Sometimes you have to try many times before an update is recognized by your Role.

This morning I updated to loftier sierra. This made no difference. I re-installed office and activated the licenses over again - which information technology confirmed. The same problem remains.

Something'south not right here.

If you completely removed Office and reinstalled, you should have version sixteen.12, not xv.14

Please double-check your Office version. Become to the Excel carte du jour and cull About Excel. If you take 15.xiv or something other than 16.12, practise the following:

Make certain your Mac has a working internet connectedness before checking for updates. Install Mac Os X updates followed past Office updates.

Install Mac Os Ten updates first:

To go Mac Bone updates, get to the App store on your dock, then click the Updates push to reveal bachelor updates.

Then Install Part Updates

To get the update:

Open any Office application
Go to the Help card and choose Check for Updates
Permit AutoUpdate check for and install updates
Restart your Mac
